“ CARL AT V's IS ONE OF THE BEST!!! One of the best barber shops in the Phoenix area is V's on Happy Valley in Norterra. I was the last customer through the door at 5:30pm and they close at 6pm. Carl was already working on another client but took the time to welcome me and asked me to have a seat and said he'd be with me as soon as he could. I felt bad because Carl was by himself, and it was about closing time. Once Carl finished with the other client who seemed very satisfied with his cut, he quickly cleaned up and asked me to have a seat in the chair. As usual, Carl was professional had pleasant conversation and did such a great job! If you're wondering where you should go for a great haircut, see CARL at V's on Happy Valley! ”
